Privacy Policy

PropertyAlpha (“PropertyAlpha,” “we,” “us”) operates propertyalpha.io, a PropTech intelligence platform for multifamily and mixed-use real estate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@propertyalpha.io.

We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Property Impact Report requests: your name, email, and company, and details about your property (name, address, market, asset type, unit or key count, technologies of interest, and any project stage, timeline, or budget information you choose to add).
• Contact Us and meeting requests: your name, email, company, optional phone number, and your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

• To prepare and deliver your Property Impact Report and related analysis.
• To respond to your inquiries and schedule meetings you request.
• To maintain a profile of your company's properties and reports, so future analyses build on earlier ones.
• To send you updates about PropertyAlpha, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Anonymized property information with technology vendors. PropertyAlpha works with technology vendors who serve multifamily and mixed-use properties. We may share anonymized property characteristics with them, such as market, asset type, size, project stage, and technologies of interest. We do not share your name, company, contact details, or property name or address with vendors unless you ask us to connect you or give your permission.
• Capital partners, at your request. If you ask us to introduce you to a financing or capital partner, we share the information needed for that introduction.
• Service providers that help us run PropertyAlpha, under obligations to protect your information: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), email and document storage (Google Workspace), and data storage (Supabase).
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PropertyAlpha, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if PropertyAlpha is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain your company and property profile, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

You can ask us to:

• Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you
• Stop sharing anonymized property information with vendors
• Stop sending you marketing email

Email hello@propertyalpha.io and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google, and Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will take additional steps to notify you.
