Three ways to fund — matched to the project.

Most multifamily deals combine senior debt (around 70%) with equity (around 30%). We source both. For qualified projects, we can also fund the full stack through a dedicated PropertyAlpha program — so you keep your own equity.

Conventional bank financing

We place senior debt with banking partners — the lowest-cost layer of the stack, typically covering the majority of project cost.
